Carrboro North Carolina

The small town of Carrboro is the toast of Paris and has become one of the best places to live in North Carolina and the second best city in the United States. Carrborough is located just a few miles north of Raleigh and about an hour and a half south of Charlotte and has a population of about 5,000 people and an average income of $35,500 a year.

Carrboro was the first community in North Carolina to elect an openly gay mayor, Mike Nelson, in 1995. Carrboro is also one of the first municipalities in the state to provide domestic partnership benefits to same-sex couples. It is South Carolina's second-largest city with a population of about 5,000 and was also the first municipality in the state to elect openly gay Mayor Mike Nelson, who has granted benefits to same-sex couples for domestic partners.

The Venable Rotisserie and Bistro have a horseshoe-shaped bar, live music and a good place to hang out and meet people. They have a large and interesting wine list and the atmosphere is friendly and reserved. The same goes for the beer, which is mostly craft from North Carolina, but still good.

In the same way that Chapel Hill has murals everywhere, you can walk through the streets of Carrboro when you get on the street and come out. The mural, which is left over from a Greek restaurant, has become known in recent years as one of the most famous in North Carolina.

The city also houses one of the most famous museums in the United States, the Carolina Museum of Natural History. Across the street is Carrburritos, owned not only by his wife, but also by her bass-playing husband.

You have to behave to attract dealers and collectors from all over North Carolina to the Carrboro Farmers Market, the largest food and beverage event in the state of Carolina.

Owner Venable had a cozy little bar in one of the wagons, bought the bar and opened Crossties Bistro and Beer Garden, where he serves American comfort food like BBQ, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads. The center of Carrboro is a large tree - shady lawn, which in fine weather is the gathering place, which is several hundred days a year, and there are several hundred of these days a year. On South Greensboro Street, there is an art gallery with local art on the walls.
